What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card: MasterCard, Visa, & American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa-Debit / MasterCard-Debit.

Please note: Visa-Debit cards should be entered as Visa Credit card & not m an Interact card.

 

Do you restock items that are sold out?

As most items are considered limited edition, we do not restock. However if it is in high demand, we may bring it back.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore you cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

Can I reserve or hold an item?

We do not hold / reserve items. It’s a first come first serve basis; while quantities last.

 Does your items include taxes?

All items include taxes; taxes are processed and added at checkout. 

 

SHIPPING 

What shipping options can I choose from?

All shipping options are listed at checkout.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada, USA & United Kingdom.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by entering your tracking number in the Canada Post website.

 

One of my items was shipped damaged, what do I do?

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email info.chosendesigns@gmail.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note: Include your name, order / invoice number & picture of damaged item for faster assistance.

 

There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do?

Please email info.chosendesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible if you made an error in your shipping address. 

Please note: We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order has shipped.

 

My tracking number shows that my item should have been delivered by now but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Please check all areas where delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, the front desk of an apartment building, a neighbors house, local post office etc.) If the order has not been found, please email info.chosendesigns@gmail.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, only exchange or store credit. For more information view our “Shipping, Exchange and Return” policy in the footer menu.

 

Do you offer exchange if the size does not fit?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange if the size does not fit or if defected. Exchange within 7 days from the date of which it was received or purchased. View our "Shipping Exchange & Return" policy in the footer menu for further information.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS 

What are your store hours?

Our store hours are from: Monday - Saturday, 10am - 9pm & Sunday’s CLOSED.

 

If an online sale / promotion is finished can I still use my discount code?

All sales / promotions run for a specific time period, once ended you would no longer be able to use your designated code / discount.

 

Do the sunglasses have UV400 protection?

All sunglasses are UV400 protected. This excludes all clear lens & lens less frames.

 

How can I model for Chosen Designs?

Unfortunately, we do not hold open castings for our models. Our models are selected based upon engagement with the brand and if requested. Your portfolio will be needed; via e-mail.

 

I am a fashion blogger, stylist, influencer, business, and/or brand; how can I collaborate with Chosen Designs?

Brand ambassadors are selected through ones level of engagement with brand.

  • Unboxing videos
  • YouTube channel
  • Social media engagement; ones influence and community
  • Feedback / reviews.
